By using IndiFee, you agree to these legal conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as an administrator.

1. Services Agreement

IndiFee provides a platform for educational and membership management, specifically focusing on fee collection, automated reminders, and student tracking.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Basic Plan: Limited to 100 students and core dashboard features only.
  • Premium Plan: Includes specialized landing portals and 500 student capacity.
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited student records and full white-label capabilities (custom themes).

3. Data Usage & Ownership

Your data belongs to you. IndiFee only acts as a processor to facilitate your institution's operations. We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Subscription fees are billed annually or monthly. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.
